SJR introduces GX Manager, an AI solution transforming websites into active conversion sites

London, United Kingdom – September 24, 2024SJR unveils Generative Experience (GX) Manager, a first-to-market product that uses proprietary AI to turn static websites into dynamic conversion sites. GX Manager makes web pages intelligent and personalized to each visitor based on their real-time conversation and guides users down the sales funnel using machine learning.

GX Manager is available to all WPP clients through WPP Open, the company’s AI-driven operating system for marketing transformation.

Developed by SJR, WPP’s content technology agency, in partnership with its AI research lab, Satalia, GX Manager is more than just a website upgrade; it’s a paradigm shift in digital marketing. In a demo at WPP Converge, which brought WPP clients, partners and agencies together to explore the potential of AI and cutting-edge technologies, SJR Global CEO Selena Cameron showed how disrupting how we interact with digital information can improve the user journey and increase the efficacy of websites.

Making digital information useful again

How it works: GX Manager is a context-aware large language model (LLM) that is meticulously trained by SJR’s human editors on a brand’s information, expertise, products and IP. Users no longer need to browse through pages and links on a brand’s website and are instead presented with content most relevant to their interests or needs as a result of their interactive conversation with GX Manager.

SJR set out to improve the spirit of a chatbot through a mix of generative AI, machine learning and human brainpower. Instead of chat and content being separate, GX Manager blends them to completely disrupt the customer experience of websites.

A better way to drive conversion

GX Manager renews the value and ROI potential of traditional websites while simultaneously addressing the challenges marketers face in driving conversion. The more visitors interact with the product, the more it understands them, and the more effectively it helps drive them down the funnel toward conversion, whether that’s making a purchase, generating a lead, booking a demo, downloading a white paper, or scheduling a meeting.

The solution’s intelligent back-end engine also reviews interactions and queries to identify content gaps, allowing companies to focus on production of content that drives business results. The management dashboard provides insights into audience personas, intent signals and new data on the unique information journeys associated with customer profiles.
